SMS Terms of Service

These SMS Terms of Service govern the optional text messaging service offered by Cargo Pride LLC ("we", "us", "our"). They are published as a standalone document and, together with our Privacy Policy and our Terms and Conditions, form the complete terms for SMS communications with us.

Text messaging is optional. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of any purchase, sale, or of doing business with us.

If you opt in, Cargo Pride LLC may send you the following types of text messages:

• Marketing — messages about our MC/DOT authority buying service and how we can help you.
• Informational — confirmation that we received your inquiry, quote updates, offer details, status updates on your authority evaluation, document requests, and reminders.
• Promotional — offers, discounts, and time-sensitive programs we run for our own service.
• Conversational — replies to questions and requests you send us, and messages from our team needed to answer you.
• Transactional — dispatch notifications and messages about a transaction, transfer, or filing you have with us, including account and closing notifications.

Together these are quote updates, dispatch notifications, promotions, and service-related communications. Every message comes from Cargo Pride LLC itself: we do not send third-party marketing messages, and we do not sell or share your mobile information with third parties or affiliates.

Messages must also match the use case approved for our registered RingCentral RingEx campaign. Listing a message type here does not authorize sending it: marketing or promotional messages must not be sent under a conversational-only campaign. Campaign registration, website disclosures, consent wording, and actual message content must remain consistent with the approved use case and applicable CTIA guidelines.

You may opt in to texts from Cargo Pride LLC through the offer form on our website:

1. Open the Sell Your MC offer form.
2. Enter your mobile phone number.
3. Read and manually check the optional SMS consent checkbox.
4. Submit the form.

The SMS checkbox is not pre-selected. You must manually select it to consent. You may submit the form without opting in to text messages. Your consent record — the mobile number, the consent wording you agreed to, and the date and time of consent — is stored so we can prove opt-in.

Express written consent is required before we send SMS messages. Providing a phone number alone, making an inquiry, or having a prior business relationship is not SMS consent. We do not use purchased lead lists or rely on implied consent.

Messaging frequency may vary. The number of messages you receive depends on your inquiry, the status of your offer or transaction, and how often you write to us. We do not send scheduled mass message blasts.

Sending volume must stay within the daily and per-minute throughput limits assigned to our specific registered campaign. These limits are set by the provider and carriers; this document does not establish or increase them.

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and service plan. Cargo Pride LLC does not charge you for these messages and is not responsible for charges imposed by your carrier.

Reply STOP to any SMS message you receive from Cargo Pride LLC to opt out at any time. We honor unsubscribe requests immediately and stop further campaign messages. After replying STOP, you may receive one final confirmation message stating that you have been unsubscribed. You will then no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you opt in again. You may also opt out by contacting us using the details below.

No mobile opt-in or text message consent will be shared with third parties or affiliates. Mobile opt-in data and consent information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

You must be 18 or older and the account holder or an authorized user of the mobile number you provide. Message delivery depends on your carrier and is not guaranteed; carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We may update or discontinue this SMS program, and revised terms become effective when posted here.

SMS messages must include a clear opt-out instruction, such as “Reply STOP to cancel.” Links must use full URLs or branded domains, never public URL shorteners such as bit.ly or TinyURL. Each link must be paired with a clear call to action explaining its purpose, such as “Review your quote here:” followed by the full URL.

We do not send prohibited content, including tobacco, direct lending, or age-restricted material, through this MC authority messaging program. Age-gating alone does not make prohibited content permissible. Any restricted use case requires explicit provider and carrier approval and any required properly registered website age-gating before messages may be sent.
